INTRODUCTION

Absolute Chimneys Stoves & Fireplaces Ltd is a small business located at BARHAM in East Kent. We moved into the Old Post Office in November 2008, having previously operated our wood burning stoves and multifuel stove installation services from a small industrial estate at Wootton on the A2 in Kent.

OUR STAFF

Our staff collectively have over 60 years of experience in the wood burning and multifuel stove industry. We keep our skills and knowledge up to date by embracing and implementing change as promulgated by regulatory bodies, all of which is reflected by HETAS qualifications.

OUR TRADING ETHIC

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail coupled with the understanding of the needs of the modern customer. We realise that our best advertising is through personal recommendation, so to that end offer free advice and valuations which will always be followed up with a written quotation. Occasionally, sites require more than one visit in order to accurately gauge the desires of our clients. We recognise that the customer will always come first and additionally believe that maximum dialogue prior to installation creates an atmosphere of understanding and trust. Underwriting our trading ethic is the adherence to green credentials that are enshrined into the Wood burning Stove technology. We are committed to renewable sources of energy as demonstrated in our sales of coppice grown European hardwoods that are sourced in Kent. Additionally we undertake to protect the environment by minimising the amount of waste transferred to landfill and will always recycle where possible.
